I was trying to return a pair of jeans in order to get another pair of jeans...plus more items. It was only 60 days since my purchase and the jeans I was trying to exchange is still currently being sold in the store. I understand there are rules, but in this case I felt it made sense to accept an exchange. It felt very rigid and unaccommodating.
