Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- NPNick ProllMar 9, 20225.0We walked into this location after a pair of my Lululemon pants slightly tore around the knee area while I was working out in them, not long after buying them. Jen greeted us on the way in and immediately helped us. She was professional, nice and seemed to genuinely care about the products within the store and was focused on providing impeccable customer service. She suggested pants that were specifically designed for training as well as helped replace the pants. The overall experience was seamless and employees like Jen are the sole reason I will continue to be a returning customer.

While the daughter was shopping, my friend was approached by a saleswoman and told that the 'looser' clothing was in the back. My friend is not a SIZE 2. She is a healthy and fit mature woman. I think you had best review customer service with your personnel. I, for one, will not be spending any money at Lululemon.
