- AKAnurag KalraSep 20, 20251.0Disappointing customer service. Misleading and disingenuous in-store marketing. “30% off shirts” sign in mens section. I picked up two $98 shirts and go to the counter to pay and then the lady tells me the sale is only for “suit shirts”. Ok fine. I go back and pick up three different shirts *directly* under the 30% off sign. She yells at me across the floor and tells me only two of the three in my hand are “suit shirts”. Very nasty attitude. I was prepared to buy all three and spend over $200. After she talks to me like I’m stupid, she then huffs and puffs, turns around and walks back to the desk. I put them down and left the store. I have been coming to this store for well over 10 years. Staff used to be good. Lady who works upstairs in men’s department should rethink the way she speaks to customers. The same afternoon I shopped at Vince and Brooks Brothers down the street, and the staff at both of these shops actually treat you like a valued client.
