  I had an exceptional experience with Lux Bond & Green from start to finish. The level of service from my ambassador, Annie, was truly top-tier. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and never pushy. The quality of my purchase was outstanding, and everything was presented with a level of care that made the experience feel special. In my experience it’s rare to find a combination of expertise, professionalism, and genuine customer focus. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to anyone looking for a high-end jewelry experience. I know they have me as a customer for life.

  I had an amazing experience (as always) at Lux Bond and Green West Hartford, CT. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Garreth was knowledgeable, patient, very pleasant, and very helpful . He give me time and help me to choose the best DY bracelet .   I visited Lux Bond & Green this past weekend. I had a fantastic experience visiting this store. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. A special thank you to Alena. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure to put me down on the list. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and Alena made the entire experience memorable. Highly recommend!

  I first came in back in January with my girlfriend, and the customer service we received from John Green was outstanding. John took his time walking me through several Rolex models and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed or pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and letting me try on multiple pieces to really get a feel for what I liked. He also helped me put my name down for a Wimbledon Rolex and even assisted us in looking at rings for my girlfriend, which we really appreciated. I came back again last week, and Norma was just as amazing. She helped me put my name down for another piece and took the time to help my girlfriend look at more jewelry as well. Just like our first visit, the service was attentive, welcoming, and never felt rushed. Overall, both experiences were excellent. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable Rolex AD, I highly recommend stopping by.

  My experience with Lux Bond & Green began a few weeks ago at their Glastonbury location. I was interested in getting on the list for a watch but wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I was greeted by Marc, who took the time to walk me through the process and ultimately referred me to their West Hartford store. What stood out was when Marc mentioned that their business is about more than just selling jewelry—it’s about building lasting relationships. At the West Hartford location, I met Matt, who continued that same level of professionalism and care. He was more than happy to show me several pieces, explain the waitlist process in detail, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His approach was genuine, and it was clear he was focused on helping me find the right piece, not just making a sale. Shortly after leaving the store, Matt followed up with a text confirming my request, thanking me for stopping in, and encouraging me to reach out with any questions. That level of attentiveness really stood out. Marc and Matt’s professionalism left a lasting impression. I returned to the West Hartford store today, met with Matt again and ended up purchasing an outstanding timepiece. I even joked with him about waiting for “the call,” and he took it in stride.
