I first came in back in January with my girlfriend, and the customer service we received from John Green was outstanding.
John took his time walking me through several Rolex models and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed or pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and letting me try on multiple pieces to really get a feel for what I liked. He also helped me put my name down for a Wimbledon Rolex and even assisted us in looking at rings for my girlfriend, which we really appreciated.
I came back again last week, and Norma was just as amazing. She helped me put my name down for another piece and took the time to help my girlfriend look at more jewelry as well. Just like our first visit, the service was attentive, welcoming, and never felt rushed.
Overall, both experiences were excellent. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable Rolex AD, I highly recommend stopping by.

I was greeted by Marc, who took the time to walk me through the process and ultimately referred me to their West Hartford store. What stood out was when Marc mentioned that their business is about more than just selling jewelry—it’s about building lasting relationships.
At the West Hartford location, I met Matt, who continued that same level of professionalism and care. He was more than happy to show me several pieces, explain the waitlist process in detail, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His approach was genuine, and it was clear he was focused on helping me find the right piece, not just making a sale.
Shortly after leaving the store, Matt followed up with a text confirming my request, thanking me for stopping in, and encouraging me to reach out with any questions. That level of attentiveness really stood out.
