  Was just at the mall and very highly disappointed in the stores that are in the middle of the hallways or the runways rather that sell the hair irons! The lady yelled at me because I told her no I wasn't interested and the gentleman that was with her told me I couldn't afford it and started screaming and swearing at me! Very rude very disappointed in West farm to have these people be able to talk to customers that way

  I recently hired Union Masonry & Waterproofing for a brick step rebuild and I couldn’t be happier with the results.   Somehow the only mall that still feels like a Mall and not some decaying memory of the before times.

  It's been an incredibly long time since I've been in this mall. Felt good to revisit. The 'You are here' button on the layout map we looked at, needs to be in standout colors like yellow or orange. Took us a while to find it. It was so dull, it blended in the background.

  This is probably one of the livelier malls in Connecticut. Has some mid and high range stores. Also tons of good feeding and snacking options around.
