I never would have thought that would result in me becoming a lifetime customer. Being a business owner in Waterbury, and the fact that my entire family is from Waterbury, has a great historical ties to the original location of M.A. Green on Bank Street, in Waterbury. I want to give a special thank you to Alena, who has always been very helpful, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, not only with my passion of watches by making some of my dreams come true, but by also helping me purchase great family heirlooms that will be remembered forever. Alena provided outstanding customer service and answered questions, was upfront with lead times and put my name down for several hard to get Rolex models. Fast forward some time, she kept in contact via text, to check in to make sure I was still interested in the models I asked for. Updated me frequently and then out of no where I received a text that my Batgirl , GMT master 2 on jubilee had arrived. I agreed to come in that day, but couldn't make it till right before close. Alena had all the paperwork ready , allowed me to handle payment quickly and I arrived as the store was closing and was treated like family. I will be a customer for life. My boss actually gave me a ride and they allowed him to come in and have the experience with me, and treated him the same. Thank you Alena and the Lux Bond Team for a unforgettable experience, I look forward to q long relationship! David Sanchez!
