Not only was the delivery time brief, but the fragile purchase was very well packed, and arrived safely. On top of it all, the item was beautifully gift wrapped, even though it was purchased just for me!!! It truly felt like Christmas had started early! Exquisite service, all the way around! Norma Green generously and professionally assessed and discussed the quality of the brooch with me. Shiva who I believe is in charge of customer service then examined the brooch with the utmost care. A small stone was missing in a prominent area. He offered to look for a stone that would match the others in color and size and replace it for me. I thought it would take at least a month to accomplish this but to my surprise, Shiva found the stone and replaced it in less than a week, at a reasonable price. He was at all times professional, courteous, and good natured. I highly recommend Lux Bond West Hartford and its service department.
