  Lux Bond & Green has a beautiful store with a great selection, and the quality of the jewelry is clearly high. The space feels elegant and well presented, making it a nice place to browse for special pieces. That said, a few staff members initially seemed to overlook us, which felt a bit unpleasant and made me hesitant about wanting to make a purchase here. First impressions matter, and being ignored in a store like this can feel uncomfortable. However, one associate, an Asian woman—stepped in and helped us immensely. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely willing to help, which completely changed the experience for the better. We were very thankful for her support, and she truly represented what great customer service should look like. Honestly, she would make an excellent manager. Thanks to her professionalism and kindness, we left with a positive overall impression and would be willing to return.
