While I was browsing, saw an employee cleaning the mirrors on the benches. (never in NY) The bathroom was clean, with a framed note that in case it's not, let them know and they'll clean it. Also had flowers in it. Nice touch ( once again, nothing like New York)

Seems to always have some sort of a promotion going on as a rewards member. You can typically use coupons on sale items.. love their purses & bags too! Their service is usually pretty good too. Had an issue with a promotion that couldn't be corrected by their Customer Service department as it was an in store issue.. went back the next day & the manager took care of it even though it was partially my fault. One of my new favorite places. :-)
