- ZMZandra M.Jan 16, 20265.0For as rundown, as the mall is, this store is still somehow hanging on! The staff do an excellent job at keeping the place clean, keeping the riffraff out, keeping up with their sales and overall just being kind and polite to the customers. I frequently walk through here to get to the massage place that’s located within the mall. And I cannot help but stop and look through the clearance section, and usually buy something! 🥰 I’m not really wanting to shop full price items, I tend to wait for things to go on sale or clearance and their clearance section is wonderful! If you need school clothes, they tend to have a wide variety, including uniforms that are appropriate for the Waterbury school system! My husband also purchased my wedding ring set from JCPenney, thankfully, we opted for the lifetime warranty. As we have had an ongoing situation with one of the diamonds repeatedly falling out, thankfully, JCPenney honors their warranty, fixes it and send it back in a timely manner! I really enjoy shopping at the store!

- SCShay CorDec 21, 20251.0I’m behind disappointed in this store they need to tell all there shoppers before shopping that they do not accept returns even with the tags and receipt they refused me my money back at the store and I spoke to customer service who also said they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! Mind you it was a pick up order and my child tried it on at the store! He accidentally ripped off the tag off while trying it on and the numbers match up with the numbers on the clothing tag and still they didn’t event try they kept saying NO!
