Although there was no obligation to buy, James was super helpful. He is patient, friendly and accomodating. I ended up purchasing the watch and the original store (Justin) sent me the warranty card with a very nice note, via FedEx, as promised. I am a very satisfied customer! This was my 2nd purchase from them, but likely not the last.
