A few months ago, a Sales Professional there encouraged me to officially log my preference which I did without any expectation of hearing back. Well, I recently received a call from Hayley, who had originally logged my preference, letting me know that the model I had enquired about was available and asked if was still interested. I wasted no time in getting to LB&G to pick up my new Rolex. Hayley answered every question that I had, sized the bracelet multiple times and didn’t let me leave without making sure the fit was absolutely perfect. Incredible customer service and all in all, I give this a 10-out-of-10 experience. I’m looking forward to the next one at LB&G.
