Not even 24 hours after purchase he accidentally knocked them off his head and cracked a lense! We of course hadn’t bought the protection plan. After the trip we went to our local Trumbull Sunglass Hut to see what our options were. Nakira helped us walk out same day with a replacement pair. It was less costly than a lense replacement, which we probably would have had to wait weeks for. She was so sweet and pleasant to talk to! Thank you Nakira for your help!
