We had a scheduling issue with our photos, even though I had a confirmation for a 4:45 appointment, we didnt show in the system. The manager thought it would be a good idea to move my clipboard around from studio to studio, like I wouldent notice. Max made us wait over an hour, and continued taking customers that were scheduled after our double booked appointment, which In my opinion, was awful customer service, and the wrong way to handle the situation. Probably worth making the drive to another JC Penny, or just hire private. The pictures were sub par at best, we tried to get a refund, and the Manager gave my wife an attitude, hung up on her, called her back a few minutes later and asked her "If she was calm yet". Which everyone with a half a brain knows, thats the last thing you should say to an already irate wife. Our photographer Angel was wonderful and apologized on behalf of managements poor decision making skills. One out of 5 stars because 0 isn't an option.
