Stopped by as I was leaving Macy's, met Denisa who was super helpful and gave me some second opinions. Haven't bought a pair of sunglasses in over 10 years. Unfortunately the store inside Macy's doesn't take Sunglass Hut gift cards, but she did the best she could trying, and helped me take some time looking at the options. Found a pair I absolutely love, and ended up buying it at the other store because of the gift card. Wish I could have gave her the sale, thank you for trying!! Great selection regardless, and they take Macy's gift cards there if you have them.

Came back a few days later Paul gave me an attitude because he thought I only wanted to returned. Because of his attitude he did not hear me say I wanted to exchange them, he automatically process the return without asking me if I wanted to get something different. Not only that but The manager was also there Whispering to each other very unprofessional. Bad experience.
