Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- LBLA BeDec 4, 20251.0After waiting for over a week for the Black Scuba Hoodie it was defective. I went to this location to return the item. This should’ve been a simple process, or you would think it would be. The male associate did not listen to what I asked and then after a long winded explanation from him he never needed the credit card for the return. I asked for a manager and instead a team lead came over Kristi; who was equally rude and showed zero respect & didn’t listen to what I was asking but instead thought I was interested in what she thought she was going to explain to me. I nearly asked when the store manager Kayla would be in, but KRISTI decided she was going to be the boss instead. Prime example when you give power to an individual who needs more coaching and training. I will be returning everything I just bought for Christmas and go to ALO. I know I won’t be treated the way Lululemon believes it to be ok to be treated by the team lead KRISTI or the male associate.
