- NSNoah SFeb 14, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received when calling this store location to resolve a delivery order mistake. A manager by the name of John answered my call. As I began explaining the situation, he repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me, saying over and over, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do” “call back Monday” without even allowing me to fully explain the issue. I called twice, and both times he hung up on me while I was still speaking. He provided no information on how to resolve the problem and did not offer any guidance on who else I could speak with for assistance. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from any company. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect proper management standards. Thankfully, on my third call, a new employee answered. They listened respectfully, allowed me to explain the situation, and provided answers to my questions. That interaction was greatly appreciated. They had told me that the mangers name who had hung up on me twice was John, but didn't know their last name since they were a new employee and still figuring things out. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

I was informed that they manage this store as well. It seems like I am being actively avoided and ignored. This entire situation has been disheartening as Edible Arrangements was a brand I’d grown to trust over the years.
