  Went in with my girlfriend so she can try on some shoes and she unfortunately didn't find anything she wanted to purchase. I did find a camo Yankee hat that I wanted so I decided to buy it. I went to get checked out and I’m not sure if it was by a manager but a woman with a short haircut and glasses checked me out at the register and had the nerve to say “you were here for a couple hours and this is all your getting?” EXTREMELY RUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND this store at all!

  AWFUL service. Not sure if the women with the women with the pixi cut and glasses is the general manager but she was completely rude me upon checking out. We spend about an hour shopping around deciding on some future shoe purchases and left with a hat and she very nastily said “oh that’s all you got? You were in here for a couple hours you didn’t get anything?” But in an EXTREMELY nasty tone. I’m sure I’m not the first customer and probably won’t be the last. Good luck to the staff that has to deal with her. Won’t be going back. If they aren’t making their goals I can promise you she’s the reason why. AND if i could give zero starts I would.

  My most favorite shoe store in the world. I've been going to DSW shoes for about 20 years. All of the latest styles with all of the greatest shoe brands. One of the things I love about them is that you can donate old shoes for points (50 point) which turns into $5 that you can use to purchase more shoes. A win is a win!

  I had one amazing employee Help me during my visit yesterday and then I had one very mouthy woman with an attitude problem be very rude to me when I went to get in line to pay for my $200 worth of shoes. If I hadn't already spent 2 hours looking for shoes I would have left and bought them at a different location because she was extremely rude and obnoxious.

  Denise is such a valuable asset to this business. She helped me restore coupons that another employee at the Fairfield location preemptively had tore up. She turned my whole experience around. Trisha in Fairfield acted like I was a burden coming in to shop and like I was annoying her with my questions. It's incredible how much your attitude towards someone impacts their perception. Denise was warm, inviting, and caring. Please if you interact with Denise and you see this; celebrate her!
