Pretty mall in a very centralized location; if they can house shops similar to those offered at Danbury Fair, this mall may see an increase in shoppers/foot traffic

Charging for parking is a seriously ignorant and poor decision when it’s free at every other mall in Connecticut that I’ve been to. Especially considering the vast sea of empty spaces next to me any time I do come to a store here. This, and the fact that you make yourselves an inhospitable and unwelcoming place for a teen after school hangout spot by refusing to have a real food court, are the two worst decisions you could have made and will probably be nails in the coffin alongside this absurd farce with the fake Sally’s Apizza opening dates. Getting to see dogs out and about while I shop is definitely a plus and obviously there are stores here that we would have previously had to drive ages to shop at without this mall so clearly some decent choices were made, let’s repeat that re: parking.

writing this about the kiosk joli lily. i have been to sono mall a couple times and this is my overall experience with this kiosk. i tried writing a review on google but seems like ning pan is messing with the reviews to keep her five stars. so i am now contacting you guys to get this sorted out. whenever i would walk passed that kiosk ning pan would throw out discounts at me and once when i tried to pay for it she says it's already marked down. this was not told beforehand and by looking at the prices you can tell it's all original price and no percent off. she is very pushy and touchy, and blabs nonesense how her quality is good when i ask simple questions. i just want to pay and leave but she makes it very frustrating. once i bought a necklace and had to return it because it was rusting even though she said i can shower with it. when i asked for a refund she continues to tell me her quality is good and that the way i'm handling it is the issue. she refused to give me a refund instead i got an exchange. i had to go back to her kiosk because the clasp is poorly made and it wouldn't clasp correctly. she tried to push an exchange so i had to stand up for myself as i got very frustrated. i just want my money back. went to the mall for christmas and i saw her prices were raised. i saw necklaces over $100 which is insane for a mall to even allow a kiosk to sell anything over $100 that's ridiculous! and now she is claiming to have swavorski crystal and how swarovski stole her crystal bear design that she has up for $150. and she even tried to push me into getting a $250 necklace she has that she claims is real swavorski. her products rust, her quality is bad, she forces people into leaving 5 star reviews for "discounts", and she gets into peoples personal space! asking where you're located and for personal information like emails and phone numbers. cindy also gives out random "gifts" like these pills and travel tags and even chocolate with peanuts in it. i believe you should inspect her kiosk as her pricing is insane for a kiosk, her begging people to buy is uncomfortable to people, and swavorski can literally sue! it's trademarked and can get your mall into trouble as well. her actions are only making your mall look bad, and you guys should take action, thank you and please reply with an update.
