- SHSarah HenaoFeb 16, 20261.0Not a big fan of this mall. It’s too small and mind you-the parking situation is horrendous. The parking garage is so confusing and the arrows are not painted well. You can barely see the arrows. Also most cars go the wrong way because they are confused too. There is no good restaurants and for some reason the good ones keep getting shut down. Not a fan of this mall.
- MLMikeyy LunarezzFeb 15, 20265.0I came across this mall on YT and it caught my attention so I made the trip from NYC. 1st parking is only $1/hrs with multiple levels available. You have the option to pay by scanning QR code which takes you to the app or using the machines available in multiple parts of the mall. I recommend using the machine due to the app/website can lag, it took me a fe tries to process my payment. There 3 levels of shopping with most of the stores located on the 1st & 2nd floors. Keep in mind there's no actual food court here but you'll find a spots spots on the top level to grab something to eat including a Starbucks & haagen dazs. You'll find a decent selection of stores including favorites like bloomingdales & Nordstrom. There's a small arcade with VR here, there plenty of places to sit and relax . Overall its a beautiful mall which was built less than 10 Years ago. Mall is clean along with the restrooms Definitely worth the visit.

The owner made no attempt to clean it but instead, just walked away. This is what you're stepping on when you walk through Sono Mall.
- TTToriFeb 1, 20264.0It's so nice to have a large indoor dog friendly place to walk dogs around and do some shopping during the winter! I would love this place to stay dog friendly. Please please consider adding cleaning stations for pet accidents on every floor. There were lots of accidents all over the place. Our own dog unfortunately had a small accident on the second floor and there was no cleaning supplies to clean it. We ended up going to the bathroom to get paper towels and soap to clean it. It was also on a Sunday and there was no janitorial services available that we could tell.
