  I have shopped at Arié for years, but after today, I am genuinely disgusted. The customer service at this location was absolutely unacceptable. The young lady who assisted me spoke in a condescending, disrespectful tone, and as I walked away, she made a snide comment to her colleague that was completely unprofessional and frankly, appalling. I have never been treated with such disregard in a retail environment. This behavior is inexcusable, and it reflects terribly on the management of this store. I will never return to this location and would strongly caution others about the level of disrespect tolerated here.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I went shopping with my family to look for new summer clothes and we asked one of the ladies working there if they had our size for something but instead of helping us she was blatantly rude and neglected us. We left the store without purchasing anything and later on when we were passing by the store on our way out of the mall, the same employee stuck up her middle finger and taunted us from inside the store. The manager was careless and watched the employee do that and laughed about it. Both of them have no manners and it was extremely unprofessional for them to do something like that. I love aerie and I always buy their clothes, it's very good quality but with the way I was treated I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable there now. It's impolite workers like these that negatively affect people's shopping experience. Please choose kinder people to work there who know how to treat the customers politely.

  Walked in 5 mins to closing just looking for something quickly that I had in mind. The doors were wide open when I walked in, but the two girls that were closing both gave me rude looks and didn’t say hello or anything, to the point where I didn’t think they even worked there and I thought they were just shopping too. I had a pair of pants in my hand that I was planning on purchasing when I was rudely told that they close in 1 minute and I needed to leave with more rude side eyes. I put the item I was going to purchase back and walked out, they quickly shut the doors behind me. Rude and unnecessary. Whoever was on the closing shift on 3/30 needs a refresher on how to talk to customers.
