  I shopped at the Lane Bryant store in North Haven store number 6238 on 03/03/2026. Natalie was the associate who helped me find the right bras. Bra shopping can be difficult and aggravating for me since I am more “well-endowed”…. Natalie was extremely helpful, attentive, honest and eager to assist me in my selections. I was so impressed with her professionalism and caring nature. I felt very comfortable showing her the bras and having her adjust me as needed. Natalie is the kind of employee everyone needs!!!!! She went above and beyond and I hope she receives this message, so please pass this on. Although I don’t think I will be buying more bras in the near future, I would absolutely go back to the North Haven store and ask for Natalie. She deserves so much praise!! Please also let Natalie know that I am very happy with my purchases (and the deal going on at that time!!). Thanks Natalie!!!!! :)

  Store is amazing well stocked. The areas in the store were very neat and organized. Also they gave great service to a man and seam to not have issues with transgender folx.

  While the sales are usually better online, it's great to have this store to see/try on items before you buy to limit returns. The store is clean and offers plenty of free parking. For the most part, the sales associates are nice. The store manager is top-notch & really understands the concept of customer service, as does Natalie, likely the store's longest-serving sales associate of, I believe, 30 years! They will order items for you online if they don't have your size and, if I recall correctly, you will get free shipping. So, that's another perk of going into the store if it's a driveable distance from your home.
