Loved the fact I didn't have to seek out an additional company to complete the install. They not only did the carpentry to vent the new unit, also hooked up the gas. And they provide annual service to maintain the product, one stop shopping. After the install we had a minor issue with a noisy fan, they responded quickly and fixed the problem promptly. Good people to do business with.

Converting our wood burning fireplace to a vented gas fireplace seemed a daunting task at first but with Brian's knowledge of the process we quickly got underway! From start to finish, Brian and his staff stayed in touch with us and were ready to install the insert immediately following the gas line installation and inspection. We now have a GORGEOUS new gas fireplace which has functioned PERFECTLY since the moment we turned it on. Above all else, Brian was a friendly and trustworthy professional who was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied with our purchase or the service we received by The House of Warmth!
