  I can’t say enough great things about Brian and the team at House of Warmth! When the handle on our wood-burning insert broke and the dealer we bought it from just a month ago stopped responding, House of Warmth stepped right in to help. Brian called me back within minutes and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!   Brian and Nyree recently installed a High Output fireplace in our home. We LOVE it! Nyree listened closely as we described our project and picked up on some key points which led her to showing us options we didn't know we had! This firebox will be our primary heat source so it was important to get the right one. Brian spent extra time during the installation making sure it was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your great advice, professionalism and pride in your work and products.

  Having moved into a new home in Rowayton, CT just this last July 2015, we were looking forward to using the propane fireplace in the family room. Within weeks, however, the fireplace ceased to function properly. We quickly contacted the Greenwich-based service company who had been "trained" by the manufacturer to help us out, and unfortunately we endured a month and a half of staggeringly poor service and it quickly became clear that the situation was way beyond the capabilities (to say the least) of these folks. I was fortunate enough to network into Brian, his wife and the team at House of Warmth who quickly set up an appointment to diagnose the issue. It was immediately clear that Brian had deep knowledge of the technology underlying these devices/appliances (which is much more complicated than one might think). He knew right off the bat that this particular model had been discontinued due to reliability issues the likes of which we had been experiencing, but worked persistently with the manufacturer to troubleshoot, which involved hand-assembling a key part among other efforts. He and his brother Kevin worked tirelessly over several weeks to resolve the issue, and also correct an unrelated but fundamental issue from improper original installation of the unit and here we now sit enjoying our fireplace during the occasional cold snap this year. The alternative would have been to replace the unit which would have involved ripping it out of a stone facade - with a total cost approaching $10K. House of Warmth is a high-integrity, very knowledgeable purveyor and servicer of their chosen set of products, with the kind of attention which comes only from a passion for this business. I cannot recommend them more highly.

  I did a tremendous amt. of research prior to going to House of Warmth. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the store has an amazing selection of stoves and accessories. I made my purchase at House of Warmth; Brian, the owner is honest and is available. Pedro, the tech that installed our stove was informative and did a great job during the install. Our Opi pellet stove is beautiful and we love it! We are very happy with every aspect of our experience and would Highly recommend House of Warmth.
