  Lovely store. You can order online and pick up here. I have found this helpful because Lulu has a good rotation of their seasonal items so it is hard to find things in store but this store is helpful in coordinating pick ups.

  As a frequent shopper, I usually don’t have a bad experience at this location however I do not like how I was treated on Christmas Eve. When I walked in I was not greeted by any associate, other people walked in after me & was greeted properly “ hi welcome “ so of course it made me believe I wasn’t greeted because I’m African American ! Associates also asked other people if they needed help , I was ignored. Clearly the cashier was rushing & did not want to ring me out the items I asked for that was behind the counter he wasn’t listening to nothing I said because he kept asking “ which items “ like I didn’t say it clearly multiple times ! Got the items when I went back in to do an exchange maybe 5 mins later because i realized I picked out the wrong color , made the exchange and another purchase when I attempted to walk out all of a sudden the security alarms start going off ! Went back to the register so my items can be “ checked “ and I asked what’s the problem because I just left out from making a purchase not even 5 mins ago now all of a sudden the security alarm is going off , the cashier goes it wouldn’t ruin your holiday we just have to check HOWEVER it ruined my feelings ! I felt embarrassed at a place I spend entirely too much money on !
