    The fact that I walked in the store and immediately got the cold shoulder was insane. I felt judged and uncomfortable, even through we specifically went to purchase a jacket. Haven't felt like that way in a long time. Will stick to other store locations.

    My first visit in 2024 was great. The old folk is a gentleman. He was very nice to me. I bought a few items. My second visit, unfortunately might be my last. The old woman behind the counter made me feel so uncomfortable. I don’t want to play victims because of this or that! Just want to say this store is not for every skin. Polo Ralph Lauren will remain my number one brand and I will continue buying, collecting and wearing Polo, but walking at this store was my worst shopping experiences even with money to spend on my pocket. So sad in this 21 th century in the USA. I said what I said and I stand behind it. Bad customer service.

    New Canaan you got a winner! Let's make it clear, I'm not a fan of leaving reviews but I making it my duty to share this experience. The general manager Victoria's above and beyond involvement along with her 2 Polo savvy knowledgeable sales associates Corey and Krista will give you a helluva shopping excursion. You have to experience it for your self, ask for them by name. 💯% you will not be disappointed. My wife and I are still talking about it, how about that. P.S. super dog friendly. Keep up the superb work guys, don't change anything. See you soon.
