  I came to the New Canaan location recently for the portrait event with my toddler. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I received the beautiful framed portrait of my son the same day as the event and I was very impressed with the quality and the short turnaround. In addition, the staff sent me the full album of my son really quickly as well. I would definitely recommend Framebridge!

  We love this store. After having a number of items framed there, we will never go anywhere else. Holly has been a joy to work with, and her enthusiasm in helping us select the perfect mat and frame never wavers. Her recommendation always proves to be “the best choice” even when we think we know what will work well. She’s the true artist!

  I trusted Framebridge with a valuable art piece, and they lost it. Not only lost it - I was told that the piece was accidentally thrown out. The experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. Beyond the sentimental and financial value of the piece, the lack of accountability and resolution has made this even worse. Customers should know that Framebridge’s handling and tracking process is unreliable, and if you send them something valuable, you risk losing it permanently. I would never use their service again and strongly recommend others think twice before sending them anything irreplaceable.

  I can’t speak more negatively about this store. I ordered 9 frames and 7 of 9 came damaged. After returning the 7 to be remade, all 7 came back damaged a second and then a 3rd time. The quality control is horrible - do not trust your artwork in their hands.

  Framebridge is an excellent resource for your framing needs. They have fair prices, beautiful frames, and outstanding customer service. The designers have great suggestions resulting in efficient service. Since our first visit to the New Canaan store one month ago, we have had 5 items framed. No doubt, we will continue to visit the store for all of our framing needs.
