The Customer service specialist I spoke with was polite and personable. The specialist needed the order number which I had from email communication on my phone. The return itself, not including holiday lines, only took a few minutes. Thank you Walmart.

Two improvements requested: sweep the lot of debris frequently, and repair the growing dip in the pavement near the entry retention pond. The dip has been there for a couple of years and it doesn’t make a great first impression by jarring people on the way in. Keep it spiffy, and we’ll keep coming back!
