    I ordered Rayban meta glasses for same day pick up in the morning. When I called the store at 5pm the same day to pick them up I was told that not only do they not have them in stock but they may take upto 7 days to be delivered and I cannot cancel the order until they are delivered. It is not the fault of the employees at the location but it is just bad business. If i order an item that shows in stock for same day pick up i expect to pick it up that day end of story. It is false advertising and an inconvenience to customers. I will not be purchasing through sunglasses hut again

    Came here on Sunday at exactly 4:00pm and they were closed with no sign in the window as to an explanation. I went on Google to check their hours and it stated they close at 6:00pm on Sunday AND that these hours were just updated by the business just 1 day ago. Guess I’ll buy Prada sunglasses somewhere else! And this is why stores are closing because companies do not hold their employees and managers accountable. If someone calls out out then it’s up to the manager to find coverage. Whether it be from within their store or pull someone from another store. And if you can’t find coverage then ohh well, guess you have to open the store and take a different day off. Welcome to management to which your #1 responsibility is PROBLEM SOLVING! Imagine if a bank, coffee shop, or restaurant didn’t open because someone called out sick or just didn’t show? This is absolutely ridiculous and Sunglass Hut should hold both the employee and the manager accountable for not covering the shift costing them an ENTIRE DAY of sales. Would also like to mention that the mall was extremely busy today because of the rain and you lost THOUSANDS in sales today!
