We traveled from Maryland to Connecticut for a celebration of life gathering and needed something special for the occasion. I placed a same-day order for delivery, and I can't express how grateful we were that it could be fulfilled so quickly--and even delivered early for our 3:00 PM event on Sat., 7/12/25. Ashley was incredibly kind and helpful when I called to confirm the details. Her warmth and professionalism stood out right away. Around noon, she called to let us know that there had been a small error--the fruit arrangement had been delivered without the chocolate-dipped strawberries. Honestly, this wasn't an issue for us, as we were already so thankful the order could be done and delivered same day. Still, Ashley went above and beyond. She apologized sincerely and explained that a separate platter of chocolate-covered fruit would be delivered to make it right. And sure enough, it arrived! Talk about superior customer service. At the gathering, the fruit was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Everything about the experience was seamless and thoughtful--thanks to Ashley and the team at Edible Arrangements in Milford. Well done, and thank you again for helping make a meaningful day even more special.

She went in the back and got the different flowers for me to look at so I could pick the ones out I wanted to. Ashley simply did not have to do that for me and could’ve just picked anyone from the back she wanted to but she was patient with me and gave me the option so I got the exact ones I. I also got some fruit to go along with it. Ashley package everything up for me nice and neat. Not to mention how sweet Ashley was and did not rush me at all and made me feel very comfortable as a customer. I’ve been here before and have never received Customer Service like this before. I very highly recommend if going there asked to speak to Ashley. She will make you feel like 1 million bucks and you will walk away with something very nice!! When I go back, I will definitely be asking for her!!
