- AKAlexandria Koukos2 days ago1.0I was extremely disappointed with my bridal trial experience. I booked and paid for the Petit Experience after hearing good things, but the appointment did not reflect that at all. My appointment started 20 minutes late, and despite that, the appointment still ended early, making the entire experience feel rushed from beginning to end. I came in asking for something simple and plain, but I was repeatedly brought multiple dresses with rhinestones and sheer elements, which was the complete opposite of what I requested. It felt like my preferences were not being listened to. There was very little effort made to actually help me find a dress that matched what I was looking for, and I was simply told I could come back another time to try on more dresses. After paying for a bridal experience, being rushed through the appointment and told to come back later is incredibly frustrating. Overall, I left feeling unheard, rushed, and disappointed, especially given the positive reputation that led me to book in the first place.

Never rushed me in and out of dresses and was always willing to run downstairs to grab different dresses for me to try on! She made me feel comfortable and was super patient!!

Being a plus size bride, I was nervous about the try-on process but the LaStrina team was so quick to settle my concerns. They had so beautiful many dresses in a wide variety of styles! My consultant, Bethany, made me feel so comfortable! After listening to my style interests, Bethany put together a collection of beautiful dresses for me to try to on. She made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly and with care. She also managed our time at LaStrina so well; we never felt like we were being rushed. Highly recommend adding LaStrina to your list of bridal salons when searching for your wedding dress!

Do I need an appointment?
Yes! We require appointments for all visits. Why? Because we want to be sure you have the best experience possible and that means making sure there is an available suite and consultant for you. Give us a call if you have a particular date in mind, we're always happy to help! Same day appointment? You never know when we will have an opening pop up, so don't be afraid to give us a shout and check availability :)
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our new order gowns range from approximately $1,200-$4,000 and our off-the-rack gowns start around $750. We also proudly work by MSRP only, which means our customers are purchasing their gowns for the lowest allowable price from our designers!
How many guests am I allowed to bring to my appointment?
We don't have a guest limit at Lastrina Girls, however we will Always recommend that you Only bring your closest few loved ones to share in this very special time with you. Please inform us when booking on how many of your loved ones will be joining you so we can book you in an appropriately sized suite.
Can I bring my own Champagne?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any outside food or drink of any kind. That said, we do offer upgraded appointments that include some great refreshments and bubblies.

Do you do alterations for dresses not purchased in your store?
Yes! We gladly do 'outside' alterations when we have availability. If it is a very busy time of year or if there is not a sufficient amount of time to do the work needed, we may sadly have to deny, but we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
Do you have mother's and bridesmaids dresses?
Yes! We have a beautiful and large selection of Mother's dresses as well as bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. Appointments are required for these appointments. Please give us a call, we'll be happy to get you booked :)
Do you do Cleaning and Preservation of gowns?
Yes! We will gladly help you with any cleaning or preservation needs. We also offer antique gown restoration! Plus, if you are a Lastrina Girl, you receive 15% off your service!
Are you handicap accessible?
