I had a 10am appointment and waited over 2 hours and was not assisted or my photos taken. The staff continued to tell me I next as other groups went ahead of me. I decided to leave due to the poor service. Upon exiting one member of the staff mentioned the cancellation fee as if my experience wasn’t bad enough. I was excited to take photos this holiday and the experience I encountered really ruined my day, the joy of childhood memories, and a new memory with my pups.
