- YYYe YeezyFeb 14, 20261.0My niece ordered an arrangement for her mom on Valentine’s Day and according to a store employee when we called to question the tardiness, the delivery driver supposedly “got lost and frustrated so he left”. Not once did he reach out by phone or text, honk the horn or even attempt to stick around until things were figured out. We called the Manchester store multiple times and the person on the phone sounded very confused and unsure about how she should handle the situation. Instead, she kept saying “he will try again, you will get it today”. It is now 8pm, the store has closed and nothing was resolved. Very unprofessional and the poor customer service is completely unacceptable especially when a $103 order is in question. I will make sure my friends and family NEVER order from this establishment. The employees AND drivers need training immediately. Negative 0 stars if I could! Needless to say, my sister did NOT receive her bouquet and my 14 year old niece is crushed about it.

They didn’t tell me until a month later because they didn’t want me to feel bad but the rose arrived in a small vase DEAD and the strawberries were not that great either. $50 and a complete waste of money. They used to be much better.
