I want to start by saying that they have the best prices for buying and selling your golden silver bullion
But I have been buying and selling gold and silver here for years. The woman at the front desk is sometimes rude or snappy to me if I ask any questions and she makes me feel like an inconvenience. I usually brush it off because this is my local coin shop and I honestly just want to purchase gold and silver.
Today I came in with cash and was shopping for a gold coin. I saw a mexican peso that weighed .0603oz so I had a simple question about the price since the weight wasnt the typical 1/10oz, 1/4oz, etc. When I asked she sarcastically answered "I cant answer that if I dont know the weight."
Only 2 gold coins on display, I sensed the attitude but I told her the weight. She quoted me $2,000 because "its over half an oz" She didnt take the time to listen to what I was asking her. The gentleman chimed in and gave me the correct price of $305 which was affordable.
I was still interested, but at that point I was upset with her customer service so I decided to take my business to Vernon Coin!
This isn't the first time she has been rude or sarcastic with me so I was happy to take my business and my money elsewhere. The man who works there is always kind to me so I am sorry to write this but her customer service can really use some improvement.

Very clean, tidy shop, with a nice variety of coins on display. Walked in just to get an idea of what they were paying for bullion, ended up walking out with a few ounces of fractionals at SPOT + tax, what a steal! Would have paid close to double that amount from an online dealer with the insane premiums on fractional silver + shipping. I'll be coming back soon.

Awesome place to sell your precious metals. They are extremely fair with their payouts, I did a little "shopping around" on prices and they were higher than anyone else. Definitely would recommend visiting them for either buying or selling your metals and/or coins.
