- DFDenise FeeJun 24, 20251.0On Friday, I placed a same day delivery for a medium size chocolate lovers dessert board ($99.00). I added on a ballon bouquet ($19.99) and a 4 pack chocolate truffle cupcake ($16.99). My order total, including same day delivery was $152.22. It says that all residential deliveries will be made by 7:00 pm. It did not arrive until 8:04 pm and there was NO balloon bouquet. I have called this Madison location a few times and sent messages thru their website for a refund for the balloons. I have gotten no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.....EVEN A ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH BUT I HAVE TO GIVE SOME RATING.
