She said it was MANDATORY to give my full name, address, email and phone number otherwise she would not be able to assist me in any type of sale I said I'd give a different name and all of the sudden the system was down and she couldn't sell me anything. Very rude, abrasive and pushy.

You’d expect, at the very least, a decent shopping experience and being assisted by a friendly salesperson. But, no, not at this branch.
