  Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Rude Staff I had a terrible experience at the VILEBREQUIN Greenwich location store today(4th of july) I came in to purchase a specific swimwear item, and not only did the staff member mess up my order and never called to inform me, but they were also incredibly rude when I pointed it out. There was zero accountability—no apology, no effort to fix the mistake, just attitude.(wow)!! For a premium brand, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Instead, I was treated with indifference and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning, and I definitely won’t be recommending this store to anyone. Extremely disappointing from start to finish- i went to Richards Greenwich instead -way better selection and more professional accommodating staff team.

  DO NOT ENTER!!! This location’s employees are rude, racist and will make you feel worthless if you don’t agree with anything they say. Don’t understand why a store would sell kids bathing suits if kids are clearly not welcome. Also the employee will follow you throughout the store if you don’t fit their description of “ideal Vilebrequin customer”. Mind you I stopped by on my way home and was in my work clothes (nice leather boots, jeans and a hoody). I should’ve worn a suit and tie. I kept my mouth shut not telling them that I was looking to exchange the 4 swimming shorts I had purchased online to a different size. I figured I would rather ship them back instead of dealing with them in the store. Also VILEBREQUIN (Owner), please stop copying and pasting your replies. It really shows the care you have or effort to make things right.

  I would give zero stars if possible!!! I was visiting from the UK and needed swimwear so took a trip to this store with my family only to be treated awfully by the staff specifically someone named ‘Zeik’ his breath and clothing smelt of weed and his eyes were bloodshot red and low, his responses were very delayed and his behaviour was unprofessional as a customer I would not expect this service and behaviour especially in Greenwich where I have had very delightful experiences. Will never be returning to this store I would recommend and make the effort to travel to the city and shop from one of their other stores.

  Horrible experience. Emily insisted I give my info. She said it was MANDATORY to give my full name, address, email and phone number otherwise she would not be able to assist me in any type of sale I said I'd give a different name and all of the sudden the system was down and she couldn't sell me anything. Very rude, abrasive and pushy.

  Horrible shopping experience. The sales person was cold, terse, and frankly, rude. You’d expect, at the very least, a decent shopping experience and being assisted by a friendly salesperson. But, no, not at this branch. I bought my pair of swim shorts thinking that I should bought them online instead.
