My experience purchasing a necklace after Christmas was completely spoiled by the rude staff—particularly an older woman with Black hair at this location. While I was in the middle of being helped, she abruptly walked over and announced that the employee assisting me had to leave to eat, and told me I should “let her go eat.” This was said in a dismissive and intrusive manner, as if my time as a paying customer didn’t matter at all. The interruption was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. It was extremely rude to handle the situation that way while I was actively making a purchase.
