  I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the Patek Philippe Greenwich boutique. Omar is extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic. During my visits he has taught me so much about the brand, highlighting both historical innovations as well as walking me through newer releases. He always provides thoughtful, considered answers to my questions. The boutique itself has cultivated a warm and comfortable atmosphere - everyone has always been welcoming, even when I brought my 2-year old to an appointment!

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Patek Philippe store, thanks to Lauren Yoon and the entire team. Lauren was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable — she took the time to walk me through the latest Patek releases and thoughtfully explained the brand’s values and heritage. Having shopped at Patek locations in Boston and New York, I can confidently say that nothing compares to the experience I had here. The way business is conducted at this store is truly refreshing — it clearly caters to serious buyers and true enthusiasts rather than just casual browsers. It was, without a doubt, the best Patek Philippe experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

  Lauren Yoon was absolutely fantastic to deal with, she took care of my questions and was sincerely grateful for my relationship with the brand. She also helped me get a watch submitted for repair and walked me through the process and took care of the whole thing for me. I look forward to building the Patek journey further. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in her interactions with my wife and I.
