During my visits he has taught me so much about the brand, highlighting both historical innovations as well as walking me through newer releases. He always provides thoughtful, considered answers to my questions. The boutique itself has cultivated a warm and comfortable atmosphere - everyone has always been welcoming, even when I brought my 2-year old to an appointment!
