Much better than the AE store at Cross County that I went to last week and better than The Westchester. All of the ladies were helpful. They have a huge selection, much more than I’ve seen at other locations.
- OROlivia RodriguesApr 28, 20241.0they were so rude to me for absolutely no reason. when i asked to use the restroom they made sure to let me know it was for customers only and when i responded i will be shopping they didn’t say anything else to me and pointed to the back. while another employee followed me back there and reminded me again that the restroom was for customers only she said “stand there” and pointed while she got the key and then said nothing else to me while she unlocked it. they were rude and the best word to describe them is brats and i ended up not being a customer because of it.
