On a beautiful sunny day, I wandered into your store with a beloved pair of sunglasses (that had lost a screw and was hanging on — literally! by a thread) and zero expectations… Only to be met by a real-life angel — or as I like to say, my God-sent Zury. With a warm smile and gentle precision, she found the missing screw, balanced both sides like a sunglass whisperer, tightened what was loose, polished what was dulled, and sent me back into the world — seeing clearer than ever. Her attention to detail and generosity of spirit truly brightened my day. She didn’t just fix my sunglasses, she restored my faith in customer care. Kudos to her!!! Way to go!!! Yay!!! Hooray!!!
