- KCKimberly CoMar 17, 20262.0Nordstrom used to be known for their great service, but I don’t think this location ever got that memo. I was appalled by my treatment in the cosmetics/perfume area. I don’t know why but the ladies working here were sizing me up, looking at my clothes and shoes and topping off with a subtle eye roll. What the heck, so mean! I walked away worrying that I was too tall or too short… or maybe too thin or too chubby… or perhaps too old or too young… or too rich or too poor. I don’t know “what” I was in their eyes but I can promise I will never be a “customer” in this location again. I hope corporate takes note and invests in customer service training, especially for the MAC counter.
