  All of the staff here is absolutely wonderful. They were SO helpful with recommendations and helped my best friend and I get matching sets! Mika in particular went out of her way to find my size in the back. After searching high and low, she found exactly what I was looking for and I was SO grateful. Thank you Mika and the rest of the Aerie staff! The world needs more workers like you💚

  All I’m saying is this location has the BEST staff and clearance always! Kat was the employee that helped me and my mother in law the most and she absolutely was so knowledgeable and helpful! We got so much stuff and she helped us ordered different sizes and made us laugh! Highly recommend this location for its variety in sizing, cleanliness, staff, and overall vibe!

  I had the worse experience a couple weeks back when I went into offline by aerie. The moment I walked into the store I was automatically bombarded by a sales representative asking if I needed help. My first response was “no, thank you I’m all set”.. about 5 minutes later, I was approached again while going through some of the clothing asking if they could get the sizes I was looking for; again my response was “ no, thank you I’m all set”. Then another 2 minutes goes by and another representative came up and asked the same question. Now this is the third time I’ve kindly said “no” to being helped. About another 2 minutes went by and I was asked again by the same person for the 4th time in a row. By this point while attempting to shop for myself and a friend, I got annoyed and at that moment decided I was done shopping when I had the intentions of buying a lot but chose not too because I wasn’t being allowed to freely browse and shop through a store. I was automatically off putted and then treated with disrespect because I denied helped 4 times and the staff that was working that day was mad that I went through the piles. As someone who used to work for aerie, I was appalled by the demeanor and rudeness that these girls had all because I didn’t want their help. I understand they get commission, and that’s the incentive to sell more. But these girls need to learn how to communicate. The more you push a customer, the more likely they are to be unsatisfied and not buy anything which is exactly what happened with me.
