I went in with pictures of a pair I saw in the Wrentham, MA store because they wouldn’t sell me the pair and the guy that helped me was able to find the parts and build the custom pair that I wanted. He was fast and efficient and made sure to carefully ensure that glasses came together perfectly before he had me pay for them. He was detailed oriented and friendly along the way telling me what he was doing even though he didn’t really have to. The next time I need a pair of Oakleys I will definitely go to this store because they are the model for what I would expect for customer service and quality product. Can say enough good things about this store and the guys that work there.
