I couldn’t find the pair of sneakers I liked; I had already gone back several times looking for them with no luck. He scanned them, searched with his device that beeps when the other shoe is nearby, and still nothing showed up. Then he said, “Hold on, I’ll go check the stockroom,” and guess what? He came back with the pair! I was the happiest because I finally got to take home my new sneakers. His attitude truly makes you want to come back and shop here again. Congratulations!
