The order was marked ready for pick up but 1 pair of boots was missing and I said this while I was still INSIDE the store and opening the boxes to make sure. The employee and the manager at the time asked that I call customer service bc they couldn't process a return. I called customer service inside the store and then again for a total of 3 days. Finally, an online agent told me that she sees that I had been calling each day and this never needed to have gone to this length when the store should have credited the funds back to me. She was very apologetic about my experience. I was very patient but persistent and had to be I noted when I asked the manager to keep me updated she never even asked for my info or when I asked for information to be passed onto the day manager so that when I call the next day to follow up on the shipment it won't be a surprise. I had to say "well, should I write it down for you, so you can pass this along??. And, she was like "oh, yes." I called the next day and the day manager had not been made aware. My experience with management was poor. They seemed ineffective at their job, not empathetic or particularly concerned about making an effort to assist. I haven't shopped there since.
