  This is one of the several occasions I’ve been out with my family shopping over the weekend. Chris one of the shoe managers knew exactly where the other shoe was that I was looking for today. I told him it was size 10.5 but he assured me he knew exactly where it was on the other side of the store in kids shoes according to his memory. And low and behold he was right! This company is very lucky to have an employee like this that exceeds customers expectations. Thank you Chris! - fellow Nordstrom shoppers

  I returned an item last week and the staff were rude and disrespectful. The store was an unorganized mess and the prices were ridiculous high. I walked over to TJmax and had a much better experience.
