  Don’t waste your time at this location, horrible customer service. Will TAKE your money and lose items when they are “making alterations” . Went in multiple times, to pick up my purchase, they continued to tell me they can’t find it. The manager in charge will not find a solution, and will not listen to your entire story, all she made up was excuses. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was in on this scam. Wasted our time, our money, and gas because we went on five times to pick up our item and absolutely no solution from not one single staff member. We did not even receive a refund for the item or money spent for the alteration. We asked for a higher up, and she said she was it. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unfortunate that this store is responsible for losing our item, and not doing a single thing to resolve the issue they created.

  I had such a great shopping experience at Lululemon Westfarms with a sales associate, Mason, during this holiday season. This was my first time visiting this store as I am more of an online shopper. Mason was such a great help and assisted me with gifts for my husband. He suggested the ABC trouser, the textured knit crewneck sweater, and some undergarments I purchased. There were some sizes not available for me so Mason was able to offer me the option of ordering online which I did. Thanks to Mason for your expert advice and gracious assistance. Your store is very lucky to have someone like you to go above and beyond for your customers!

  Received a shirt for a gift. The 2nd time wearing the item my thumb literally ripped a hole in the shirt. I call the store and they said to bring it in and would take a look. I go to the store and that is literally all they did. I drove 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service and will not spend a dime. Don't waste your time. Go to other stores tha stand behind their customers. I even have an account with them to be able to look up my information. They were almost insinuating that I had potentially stolen the shirt.

  Bought an item and tried to return it and they would take it back after 30 days although they still sell it the item in the store. Terrible policy and no way to keep loyal customers. My future purchase will be at Alo and Athleta.
