I ordered my fiancé a pair of Flat Rangers in early September and accidentally chose the wrong size—but the first pair arrived scratched on the toe. We exchanged them in-store for a larger size, only to receive another damaged pair. After a third trip to the store, we were told replacements would be sent. That was three weeks ago, and we still haven’t received them. Customer service keeps “escalating” the issue but can’t reach the store or provide updates. The store claims something is wrong with the exchange order but won’t explain. Six weeks later, I still don’t have the boots I paid for. For a so-called luxury brand, this level of service is insane. We cancelled the order for a refund and will take our business elsewhere. To top it off, the scratched boots we returned were sitting right on the display shelf—clearly the same pair they shipped out as “new.” Completely unacceptable experience

Don’t waste your money. You can buy the same one $50 from China because I have Calvin Klein wallet last me Seven years with no problems.
