  This store and brand are a complete mess. I ordered my fiancé a pair of Flat Rangers in early September and accidentally chose the wrong size—but the first pair arrived scratched on the toe. We exchanged them in-store for a larger size, only to receive another damaged pair. After a third trip to the store, we were told replacements would be sent. That was three weeks ago, and we still haven’t received them. Customer service keeps “escalating” the issue but can’t reach the store or provide updates. The store claims something is wrong with the exchange order but won’t explain. Six weeks later, I still don’t have the boots I paid for. For a so-called luxury brand, this level of service is insane. We cancelled the order for a refund and will take our business elsewhere. To top it off, the scratched boots we returned were sitting right on the display shelf—clearly the same pair they shipped out as “new.” Completely unacceptable experience

  I’m very disappointed but this wallet for $752 and after two years the plastic cracked as you see in the picture it’s look like it’s made in China. Don’t waste your money. You can buy the same one $50 from China because I have Calvin Klein wallet last me Seven years with no problems.

  I had a great experience at the Louis Vuitton store in Westfarms Mall. Luis provided excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was asking him about his soup, and even in a lighthearted moment like that, he stayed engaged and personable. Craig was also incredibly kind, polite, and respectful throughout the visit. Both of them made me feel welcome and valued. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and carries high-quality products. I picked up a pair of sneakers, and let me just say—they are PRIMO. Stylish, comfortable, and built with top-tier craftsmanship. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and premium fashion. Shoutout to Luis and Craig for making the visit a memorable one!

  Greg was very helpful and had an intriguing conversation. He was very relaxed and didn’t push anything on me to purchase in the moment. He was very informative and wanted to even have a casual convo in a high end setting. Will be coming back!
