The man at the counter who was at the register November 22 around 10:30ish am I won’t say his name for privacy concerns however you were so unwelcoming. There was no attempt to be cordial. I stated how are you mind you I wasn’t greeted at all no hi how are you nothing so I tried to make convo because that’s usually what is required when working in retail. He replied “good” very sharply and then exclaimed do you plan on buying that tv that When they interview someone. They want someone that represents the company but also is courteous. I used to work at dsw in my teen years so I know there is a level of energy they want you to bring. I couldn’t believe a manager was at the front during this interaction who had to step in and assist per my request. The issue has been reported thru the corporate level because it costs you nothing to be kind
