- ASAimee SNov 4, 20255.0I came in with my 11 year old niece who struggles to find jeans that fit her properly and had tried two stores before we came into American Eagle. We tried finding jeans for her ourselves but were starting to really struggle so I went up to one of the workers named Jenny. I told her about how much we were struggling to find jeans for her to the point where you could see the defeat on my nieces face and her confidence start to drain and Jenny gladly helped us find some jeans that actually fit her properly while also trying to boost her confidence and continued to come up to us to make sure we got what we needed. She seemed to actually care and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in any store I could not thank her enough.

- CFCindy FolsomOct 6, 20251.0My mom accidentally locked herself out of the fitting room and I went to grab an employee to help her back into the fitting room and the employee rolled her eyes and nodded her head and didn’t even look at me. The same time I was in the store no one asked me if I needed help with anything like a good retail employee does. (i have worked retail at the american eagle at buckland so i know how they should act). Another employee raced by me super fast almost bumping into me and not even saying excuse me. just very unprofessional and disappointing because i love american eagle and it’s just a shame they have bad customer service
