She immediately jumped into action by asking questions about my son's and their builds, personalities, and lifestyles She quickly found clothing for both of them that I know they will love. She was so passionate about what she does that once we completed the transaction she walked with me to a sister store to help me buy gifts for two of my nieces. I'm not into shopping but Wendy made shopping for these gifts fun. Thank you Wendy!

Wendy, the store manager, took the time out of her day to personally assist me in finding the perfect jeans for my size (which was accomplished) and made the shopping experience incredibly enjoyable. I have not smiled that much in a dressing room in a very long time. Additionally, she helped me find clothes at the sister stores as well. She was kind, personable, and very knowledgeable in her field. Thank you very much Wendy! Highly recommend requesting to make an appointment with her!
- ASAimee SNov 4, 20255.0I came in with my 11 year old niece who struggles to find jeans that fit her properly and had tried two stores before we came into American Eagle. We tried finding jeans for her ourselves but were starting to really struggle so I went up to one of the workers named Jenny. I told her about how much we were struggling to find jeans for her to the point where you could see the defeat on my nieces face and her confidence start to drain and Jenny gladly helped us find some jeans that actually fit her properly while also trying to boost her confidence and continued to come up to us to make sure we got what we needed. She seemed to actually care and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in any store I could not thank her enough.
