  Rare time I wish we could do zero stars. Very obnoxious store attitudes for meh clothing. Worse, I pointed out a flaw that was causing a seam to gap on pants and the management indifference amazed me. Two wears at best would be a hole and as I said, I didn't want a buyer to miss it and get stuck with (expensive) pants they wouldn't wear. As I left the store the pants were put back on the shelf! Poorly made clothes, bad management, I won't go back.

  I had the worst experience here today. I have a special needs daughter who has a hard time if I’m not in her immediate view. As I was using the changing room, I could hear the employees because extremely snarky about the situation and saying how I need to control my child. My daughter and I have every right to be in public, even if she has different needs than other children. I left rushed, grabbing the wrong size and feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Upon reflection of my experience, these mean girl employees are actually the ones who should be embarrassed with their closed minded, unhelpful and unkind attitudes. I will never spend my money on this brand again.

  Was there yesterday afternoon, bought one hoodie for my brother. Mind you my family was with me and we are Hispanic, we got nasty looks by other white customers (young girls)…and one cashier as well. Like is there a problem that Hispanics want to shop at Alo? Last time I’m shopping there, I prefer White plains and Westport better than here. At least they are very friendly and nice to which ethnicity decides to step in the store.

  Went to exchange an online order in store and the employees were kind and helpful, but Lisa (unsure if a manager or supervisor) was extremely rude and would not allow the exchange because the item was purchased during the 30% of sale. I was fine with that policy, but she was nasty about it so now I will be returning that item as well as the 11 other Christmas presents I purchased at full price. Back to Lululemon I go!
