    I went to Lenox to try on a Cartier Tank and was helped by Katharine. She gave me the opportunity to try a variety of watches from Cartier to Omega to even Rolex. Katharine was very funny, kind, honest and patient and she never pressured me or made me feel like I couldn’t try on whatever interested me. She also sent me a Cartier cleaning kit in the mail as a gift after my purchase and there was a handwritten note. Katharine, you are absolutely incredible and you have my business for life. Thank you for making my experience feel so special!
