I was told, “If you don’t like it, call the police.” When I said I would, the manager actually said “Perfect” and hung up on me. Let that sink in: a customer was harassed by an employee using store-gathered information, and the management’s response was smug indifference. This isn’t just bad service—it’s grossly irresponsible and unsafe. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to think twice before handing over any personal information at this location.
