  Shyanne is the best! I’ve shopped here for 4 different events in the span of a week and came in all different days and she helped me each time I came. She was super friendly, very attentive and just a beautiful girl! She would not let me leave until we found what I needed, you can tell she loves her job and loves helping people find clothing. Her sense of style is amazing! We need more retail workers like her in this world. Thank you Shyanne

  The rudest, most cattiest store in the mall. Tried on a mini skirt that was too small due to the zipper and asked if there was a larger size. That was their largest size and I got a rude look by one of the employees. I get that it's a predominantly skinny girl store as im top heavy and well endowed below my waist but all brands are different with sizing. I can be a 2x in one store but still an xl elsewhere. I worked in retail more than these brats have been alive and would never treat a customer this way.

  After the first horrible experience I vowed never to go back, unfortunately I had no choice am no time to go to a different mall . This store and it’s management are terrible people. It was empty inside the store and all the associates were just standing around . No one could help me and when I asked they were rude and obnoxious. Trying to get a fitting room was impossible. They stalked me and even accused me of stealing saying I had a shirt in my hands and no longer have it ! How dare they I’m 62 yrs old ! I will be calling corporate.

  Went to this store to look for a dress for my daughter to wear to her 8th graduation. Although they didn't have much in her size I would just go back for the customer service alone. The manager and her staff were very friendly even though they had customers being rude and driving them crazy! Spent some time talking to a few employees and the manager and would definitely go back because of their customer service alone! People need to realize during the busy season staff can only do so much and aren't miracle workers. Thank you for all your help!

  Incredible experience and even better customer service. Tanya the co-manager went above and beyond to make my Windsor shopping experience phenomenal. Akayla, the senior stylist was kind and very helpful during my checkout. I found two gorgeous dresses and fun jewelry with ease!! I’ll be back again soon, as a New Yorker there aren’t many stores in the Danbury Mall I care for, this Windsor location is my #1 for unique items.
